The 2026 Veterans Resource Fair is a vital bridge connecting veterans and their families with the resources they need to thrive after military service. The event is designed to streamline access to information, foster meaningful personal connections, address unique challenges, and demonstrate Manchester’s commitment to those who have served.

In March of 2025, Manchester Mayor Mike Clement offered me an opportunity I could not turn down: to lead the planning of a Veterans Resource Fair unlike anything the City had done before. While I serve as the project lead, this effort is truly a team endeavor. Its success depends on the collaboration of multiple City departments, dedicated civic servants, and committed volunteers who share a common goal of honoring and supporting our veterans.

Since accepting this role, I have recruited volunteer team members and worked closely with City staff to build a strong, collaborative planning team. Together, we report directly to the Manchester Veterans Commission, ensuring the event reflects the needs of the veteran community and aligns with the City’s mission of service and support.

Planning is well underway, and the entire team is energized and excited about the event we are creating — one rooted in gratitude, collaboration, and a shared commitment to giving back to those in our community who willingly gave so much in service to our country.
