Jessica’s Vision for Ward One
Jessica believes Manchester is strongest when every resident feels valued, heard, and included. Her vision is a city with safe, welcoming neighborhoods, leadership that listens, and decisions guided by community needs.
She supports responsible growth that protects parks and green spaces, strengthens neighborhood connections, and reflects the diverse voices of Manchester. As alderman, Jessica is committed to collaborative leadership, transparent decision-making, and practical solutions that improve everyday life for Ward One residents.
Jessica was asked to step forward and consider serving as alderman based on her years of documented volunteer service in Manchester and the surrounding communities. Through this work, she has developed a strong understanding of how city government functions and the long-term plans guiding Manchester’s continued leadership in public services, community programming, and responsible growth. Her experience allows her to contribute thoughtfully from day one while remaining focused on the people and priorities that make Manchester a strong place to call home.
That experience shapes the priorities Jessica will bring to City Council—focusing on practical investments, responsible growth, and collaborative decision-making that strengthen neighborhoods and improve daily life in Ward One.

As a dedicated Manchester resident and community volunteer, my mission is to serve our city with integrity, compassion, and accountability. I am running for Alderman to ensure every voice in Manchester is heard and respected: regardless of background, neighborhood, or political affiliation.
I am committed to caring for the strong foundation Manchester already has while helping our city grow thoughtfully and responsibly. That means keeping our streets safe, protecting our environment, supporting local neighborhoods, and making decisions that reflect the needs of residents, not partisan politics. Every decision I make will put Manchester residents first and help our community continue to grow in a way that benefits everyone.
